The Bounce House available from 2:00-5:00 PM in the Racquetball Ct – Always a favorite the bounce house gives kids a place to burn off steam while having fun.

Tumble & Play available from 2:00-5:00 PM in the Gym – Tumble and Play is a popular family-friendly program offered by the Hampshire Regional YMCA designed especially for energetic kids 12 months to 4 years and their parents. Jump, twirl, run and play with trampolines, ramps, mats and music.

Performance by FoodPlay Productions 3:00-3:30 PM in Studio Two – This dynamic performance makes nutrition and health come alive using the power of live theater.  FOODPLAY is a national award-winning presentation that combines fantastic feats of juggling, captivating characters, music, magic, and audience participation with motivating health messages to help children take charge of growing up healthy and fit.

Celebrating Collage with The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art  2:00-5:00 PM in Amaze Place – Together with his wife Barbara, Eric Carle, the renowned author and illustrator of more than 70 books, including the 1969 classic The Very Hungry Caterpillar, founded The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art devoted to national and international picture book art. Come join the fun as educators from the museum show us how to experiment with colored tissue paper, scissors, and glue to create a beautiful collage. All ages are welcome!

Music with The Dadz 2:00-2:30 PM in Studio One – This popular local group blends acoustic, upbeat rock from the 60s and 70s with humor, stage antics, and thinning hair. The Dadz will perform a live, feel-good show the whole family will enjoy. Featuring Eric “Widemouth” Spangenthal on harmonica. The Dadz are Peter Bigwood, John Todd and Eric Spangenthal gallantly stepping in for Hugh "I've Got Better Things To Do" Heisler.

Bruce J. Korona & Friends Unplugged 4:00-4:30 PM in Studio 1 – Guitarist and rocker Bruce J Korona & Friends will be performing live. Bruce has been logging the rock n’ roll miles for a good while now. He has been in several Northeast touring bands including: Back in Black the AC/DC tribute band, and more recently Bruce has been playing with the good time rock and popular band Cross Point. Come join the party!

Family Yoga Demo 2:00-2:30 PM in the Gym – Originating in India several thousand years ago, Yoga has become one of the most popular forms of exercise in the West. It is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercises, postures, and meditation intended to integrate the practitioner's body, mind, and spirit - perfect for people of all ages. Our Family Yoga class encourages the integration of good yoga practice for our youngest members and their families, with the hope that good health choices will become a life-long goal.

Zumba Demo 2:30-3:00 PM in Studio One – This amazing workout fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Come see what this calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring fitness craze is all about.

Gymnastics Demo 2:30-3:00 PM in the Gym – the YMCA has a long tradition of excellence in Gymnastics instruction. Gymnastics provide kids with the opportunity to excel in a non-competitive and supportive environment while improving muscle strength, flexibility; even cognitive skills and focus. At the Hampshire Regional YMCA, our progressive gymnastics program allows young athletes to learn important life-long values: confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Cardio Sculpt Demo 3:30-4:00 PM in Studio One – A muscle conditioning class designed to build both muscular strength and endurance by varying weights and repetitions, while providing a cardiovascular challenge by maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout.  Participants should have some experience using free weights and be familiar with the basics of proper form and technique.

Karate Demo 3:30-4:00 PM in the Gym – While the physical benefits of karate are undeniable, this popular sport also builds confidence, self-respect, and respect for others. The Y offers Intro to Karate for ages 6-12 taught by Black Belt Instructor Anna Maria.

Music and Movement Sing-a-long 4:00-4:30 PM in the Gym – Led by musician and educator Suna Turgay, this fun offering is for parent and child (ages 0-4) to learn new songs and rhymes, try out instruments, and burn off some energy together. A regular program at the Y, this is a great way to meet other families with plenty of time for dancing, games, and parachute play.

Tango/Salsa Demo 4:30-5:00 PM in Studio One – Tango is the sensual and elegant social dance of Buenos Aires. This exciting dance form is experiencing a world-wide revival. Y classes include anecdotes about the culture and history as well as the steps of tango and cover traditional and modern forms. All dancers learn to both lead and follow.

Camp Games 4:30-5:00 PM in the Gym – A taste of camp fun in winter, games include Wacky Relay Races, Ultimate Knockout (basketball game), Parachute Play, and Clean Your Bedroom!
