CIT Program

5-week program for youth entering grades 9 and 10 Mature, enthusiastic teens develop leadership skills while learning the fundamentals of working with children. Teens who successfully complete the Camp Norwich CIT Program are given priority consideration for staff positions the following summer. The program will provide a time of transition for each participant as they develop from campers into counselors. All Counselors-in-Training are seen as leaders in the camp and role models for the campers. CITs are chosen during the winter months prior to camp through an interview process with the Camp Director.
