Tuesdays 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM in Studio 2
Friday 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM in Studio 2
Y Members N/C - Non Members $3 donation each sitting. Please bring your own meditation cushion, pillow or bench.
Schedule (please enter studio in silence and prepare for meditation):
20 minutes - Sitting meditation (Commences and ends with welcoming of the bell)
10 minutes - Walking Meditation
15 Minutes - Dharma Reading
10 minutes - Sitting Meditation
