 I was born and raised in the Valley. I grew up in Shutesbury and have lived in this area on and off since graduating from Amherst Regional High School. I now live here in Northampton with my three young children.
I graduated from Smith College with a degree in Biological Sciences and have work experience that includes Genetic Research, Outdoor Education, Management, and Organizational/Leadership Development as well as management experience in both profit and non-profit organizations (restaurants, health clinics, small businesses), for the past 10 years. I was drawn to working at the Y because it is a cornerstone of the community and it represents family & health values.
I have a love of the outdoors (hiking, rock climbing, swimming). I enjoy music & dance performances, and anything else that helps me to keep up with my 6-year old twin girls and 3-year old boy! |
