Payment Options

Short Term Memberships Three month and six month memberships are available. These memberships are paid in full and are non-refundable. Each time you renew you are assessed a joiner’s fee. You can forfeit this fee by changing to an annual or bank drafted membership at time of renewal.

Bank Drafted Memberships This is a payment plan that allows a member to pay for a continuous membership in equal monthly payments that are automatically deducted from the member's checking or savings account for as long as they belong to the Y. Membership applications can be picked up at the front desk or you can download an electronic version of our membership application .

  • Membership dues are paid automatically with equal monthly payments.
  • You are a member for as long as you choose.  
  • You may cancel your membership at any time by giving a 30-day written notice.
  • You join only once.  The E.F.T. membership is automatically renewed until you tell us to stop drafting your account.
  • You receive no bills and thus have no checks to write or postage to pay.

Other Convenient Payment Plans Membership can also be paid in full at time of application using cash, check, Visa, or Master Card.  Annual membership dues are non-refundable for 6 months. A cancellation and refund option is available after 6 months, and any unused portion may be refunded at that time.

Joining Fee: This one time fee is for all new members and current members who allow their membership to expire for a 30-day period.  The funds are used for building repairs and Capital Development. 

Membership For All The Hampshire Regional YMCA is proud of its commitment to serve our community by offering a sliding fee scale. Through Annual Fund Campaign contributions from members, businesses and friends as well as the generosity of the United Way, the YMCA offers a Membership/Program Adjustment. Applications are available at the Member Service Desk or from this web page; proof of financial need is required. 

Gift Certificates Give the gift of good health! Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be used for membership or program fees. Certificates may be purchased at the Front Desk.
