As a soccer player for most of his teenage years, Nesser decided to follow the fitness field. Although he struggled with gaining muscle, he sought the expertise of different athletic coaches to understand the key elements of strength/endurance training and gaining muscle.


Nesser’s knowledge of fitness has skyrocketed since that point, and he now uses his love of fitness to empower others. As a father with a busy life, he can help integrate workouts into your busy schedule and teach you the use of proper form and posture to reach your health and wellness goals.  His training style is informative, energetic, and fun.


Nesser is a strong believer that the best results come from hard work, connecting the mind with the body to recruit the right muscle fibers and motor neuron units that incorporate all the body’s planes of movement into your program.  Those elements can help to achieve the ultimate gym confidence and gain everything you need to live a happy, healthy, and active life.
