Pools Two pools provide the Y community with all-season swimming. Our small pool is 45x25 feet, 3–4 ft deep, with temperatures averaging 92° F. Our large pool is 75x37feet, 3½–9 ft. deep, with an average temperature of 82° – 86° F.

Fitness Wing Our new and improved Health & Fitness Wing has 30% more space filled with the newest fitness equipment all managed by friendly fitness experts and trainers. You'll get more from your membership with revolutionary Cybex Pro+ treadmills, Total Body Arc trainers and strength training machines, Sigma C Upright and Recumbent Cycles, and top-of-the-line rowers and step machines.

Aerobics Studios Yoga, Dance, Aerobics, and Strength Training for Weight Management are just a few of the classes provided in our several aerobics studios. Polished hardwood floors, bright natural lighting and gleaming mirrors make group fitness pleasant and fun. No other health or fitness club in the valley offers more.

Free Weight Room Now conveniently located on the main floor, the Free Weight Room is brighter and totally updated. More accessible to adult members of all ages, the Free Weight Room includes:

• converging chest, incline, and overhead presses
• dumbbells and modular multi-station machines

Indoor Cycling Our indoor cycling facilities include 16 state-of-the-art spinning bikes for advanced or beginner cycle enthusiasts.

Outdoor Basketball Court This fenced outdoor court is available for use during regular Y hours. Perfect for those beautiful, sunny days when you just can't bear to go inside.

Gymnasium Our gymnasium is home to our gymnastics and youth indoor programs and also includes a regulation basketball court with plenty of free hoop time.

Outdoor Playgrounds Two outdoor playgrounds offer kids of all ages space to run around. Our secure, gated outdoor cushioned play area with sun protection canopy is located directly off the Childwatch Wing. This outdoor playground offers many interactive, physical, fun, and enriching toys for younger children. Our general public play area is not fenced but boasts swings, slides, climbing structures, picnic tables and grassy areas for plenty of family fun.

Amaze Place (indoor play room) A roomy enticing area for family interaction, the Amaze Place houses our state-of-the-art, physically challenging climbing maze. This area also offers Air-hockey for those long rainy days.
