| The Hampshire Regional YMCA is a charitable association
of members dedicated to putting Judeo-Christian values into practice
through programs that promote good health, strong families, community
development, youth leadership, and international understanding.
The YMCA seeks to provide meaningful opportunities for men, women,
and children of all ages, income, races and religions.
Child Watch Wing for Members The HRYMCA offers Child Care Services in order to
allow your whole family to enjoy the activities we offer. Our program
is designed and implemented by people trained in child care, certified
in first aid and CPR and dedicated to engaging your children in
entertaining and educational experiences.
Our Child Watch Wing includes separate age appropriate rooms. Free
for Household Members
Towels Members can receive towel service for $48 per person per year. We
will no longer rent towels on a daily basis. Bank draft members
will have this charge added to their monthly draft.
Lockers Members can rent a kit locker year-round for $48 per person per
year. Long lockers will also be available for use by members on
a daily basis for those who do not wish to rent year-round. All
members must supply their own locks. If you are interested in renting
a locker year-round, please see a Member Service Representative.
The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Membership Card Use Help us protect the value of your YMCA membership. Members must
present their membership cards to gain access to the facility at
all times. If you do not bring your card, you will be asked to provide
your name so that we may verify your membership status. Your membership
card is verification of your agreement to receive the benefits of
membership and to abide by the rules and policies of the Y. Membership
cards are non-transferable and remain the property of the Hampshire
Regional YMCA. Loaning your card will result in termination of your
membership. A replacement fee of $5 will be charged for new cards.
Membership Medical Freeze Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons if a doctor’s
note is obtained with specific recommendation and date. The Member
Service Desk Supervisor who will put your membership on hold until
further advised.
Health Provider Reimbursement Check with your health care provider — you may be eligible
for a partial reimbursement on your membership.
Guest Policy
Reciprocal Membership Program – Members of the YMCAs throughout MA & RI, with valid membership cards, are able to use other YMCA facilities in these States free of charge four (4) times per month.
Away Program – Members of YMCAs outside of MA & RI, with valid membership cards, can use YMCAs outside these states free of charge eight (8) times per year.
Daily Guest Pass – Daily guest passes can be purchased as follows:
- Youth (3-14 years) $6.00
- Young Adult (15-22 years) $8.00
- Adult $10.00
- Family (Adult(s) with their children $20.00
