| Registration Procedures
- Registration begins at 8:30 AM on the dates listed.
- All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any classes if there
is insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund or credit
will be issued.
- Make up weeks: If any classes are cancelled due to inclement
weather or other reasons, we will make every effort to make them
up during our make-up weeks.
Cancellation Policy Requests for refunds must be made in writing
and presented or mailed to the YMCA. Refund or credit towards
other programs will be given upon the following schedule:
100% refund 2 two weeks before 1st week of class.
100% voucher only 1 week prior to start of class.
Once session begins, all changes must be approved by the program director.
Membership Refunds The Y offers membership with no contractual agreement. The joining fee is non-refundable.
Membership Renewal New members and any former members whose memberships have not been renewed within 30 days of expiration will be assessed a joiners fee. |
