Great New Classes Starting September 7th:
Zumba
Family Zumba with Jen on Wednesdays at 5pm in Studio 1 - Bring your children ages 7 and up to this 30 minute Latin dance party! Burn calories and enjoy some together-time while you experience how fun exercise can be.
Are you a Zumba fan? Try Zumba & Strength with Jen immediately following Family Zumba on Wednesdays at 5:30pm or Zumba w/ Flava with Paula on Fridays at 5:30pm, both in Studio 1.
Pilates
Beginner Pilates with Lynne on Mondays at 6:30pm in Studio 2 - Improve postural awareness and core strength through basic pilates mat exercises and standing balance work. This class will give you an awareness of proper body alignment that will be beneficial in other group exercise classes.
Noontime Pilates and Yoga - Do something for yourself on your lunch break! Join Alicia on Tuesdays for Pilates and Keegan on Thursdays for Yoga. Both classes will begin at 12pm in Studio 2.
Cardio
Tu/Th cardio classes at 9:15am in the Gym - Turbo Fit with Lynne on Tuesdays is a cardio-focused workout condensed to 30 minutes of fun and challenging athletic drills, ending with a short cool-down and stretching segment. Total Body Conditioning with Erin on Thursdays is a 55-minute circuit class utilizing a variety of equipment such as steps, Bosu, and weights to work the total body in new and different ways.
Family Karate with Ana Maria (ages 6-12 with an adult) will return on Mondays at 4:30pm in Studio 1
Family Yoga will continue with Alicia (ages 3yrs. & up) on Wednesdays at 4:15pm in Studio 2. |
