Kids Fitness Highlights!

New! Fit Kids Join us for a session of FIT KIDS to learn the basics of fitness goal setting and different ways to reach those goals. Kids work with jump ropes, light weights, resistance bands, and physioballs, along with other fitness equipment. A great program for children ages 6 – 12, Wednesday from 3:30 – 4:00pm.

New! Intro to Lacrosse Come learn the basics of Lacrosse in our new program where youngsters will learn the basics of catching, throwing, and cradling. This program is for youngsters ages 6 – 10 on Wednesdays from 4:30 – 5:00 pm.

General Class Descriptions —These classes are offered at set times throughout the calendar year.

Introduction to Sports
This beginner level program is perfect for your young child who is just discovering sports. We will teach your child the basics of sports such as boundaries, coordination and how to play on a team. This is done using fun games that grab the child’s attention and keeps them interested.

Baseball/Softball Conditioning Class (8-12 Years)
When Baseball/Softball season is just around the corner, it's time to brush those cobwebs off the glove and oil up those arms. This class will work on refining catching, throwing, hitting, and base running. We will also work on getting players into their top fitness levels.

Rookies T-ball
This program is designed to teach your child the basics. Skills are taught through fun age appropriate games that show your child the fundamentals of baseball. Your child will learn a new sport, in a fun nurturing environment! All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Rookies Basketball
Is your child showing interest in shooting hoops? Do they just need practice and knowledge of the game? If so this instructional basketball class for you. Your child will learn a new sport, in a fun nurturing environment! Basic skills are introduced during the class using fun games that will teach the techniques related to basketball.

Rookies Soccer
This program is designed to teach your child the basics. Skills are taught through fun age appropriate games that show your child the fundamentals of soccer. Your child will learn a new sport, in a fun nurturing environment! All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Squeaky Sneakers
This beginner level program is perfect for your young child who doesn’t like sports but loves to run around. This class is designed to let you child have fun and learn some fun new games they could play with there friends.

Youth Basketball League (7-16 Years)
This program runs during the winter for 12 WEEKS
This is a program for your kids who can’t get enough of basketball. This league will let your children apply everything they have learned in pre-season. The League consists of one practice, once a week and games on Saturdays.

Youth and Teen Fitness Programs

Family Yoga
Yoga for family members ages 3 and up.
