Circuit H.I.T.T. & Sculpt

A counterpart to the HIIT and Sculpt class, using a mix of high intensity cardio with resistance training in a circuit style.  You won’t get bored in this class as you rotate through stations with different exercises.  This is a total body workout that boosts metabolism, strengthens muscle, and enhances heart-lung fitness.
