Anusara-inspired Yoga

In this alignment-forward class, students will be guided through a sequence of poses to stretch and strengthen their bodies in a safe and supported way.  Movement will be taught in sync with breath, allowing students to deeply relax and release tension.  This is a multi-level class, with variations offered throughout to help students practice yoga in a way that makes sense for their own bodies.
