Group Exercise Classes
Group Fitness at the Y is more than just exercise. We offer a wide variety of fun and stimulating classes for adults, families, and teens. With over 70 weekly FREE offerings, we can now better accommodate our members’ interests and schedules.
With numerous early morning, midday, evening and weekend class options, you’ll be able to make Group Fitness Classes part of your daily life.
Our certified instructors are experienced, friendly and encouraging. You’ll leave class feeling energized, de-stressed, and one step closer to reaching your fitness goals!
