Group Exercise Highlights
Here are just a few highlights of the over 70 weekly group exercise classes offered this fall for every skill level! Download our full Group Exercise Schedule in the box at the right of this page.
The following classes will be offered during Winter Session 1, which runs from January 2nd through March 4th.
Zumba with rotating instructors - Saturdays at 11:35am
Total Body Conditioning with Erin - Mondays at 10:15am
Power Balance with Rachel - Wednesdays at 9am
Bosu Blast with Jennifer - Wednesdays at 10:15am
Cardio Sculpt with Lynne - Thursdays at 6pm
Alignment-based Yoga with Suzie - Wednesdays at 6:45pm & Sundays at 10:15am
Active Older Adults – Our Active Older Adults coffee hour, free to senior members and program participants, runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. Join us before or after Senior Fitness, AOA Chair Fitness, Water Aerobics, or your own workout. All are welcome.
Note: We have a limited number of yoga mats available for use so we ask that members who regularly attend our yoga classes bring their own mat. Thank you!
