Everyone can benefit from a personal trainer—from the elite athlete looking to gain a competitive edge, to the beginner who is unfamiliar with exercise equipment, the person who needs motivation or the people who find they adhere to a regular exercise schedule when they have an appointment. Whatever your reason, our certified trainers will design a program tailored to your needs. Our trainers will motivate you and monitor your progress to ensure your program is safe, progressive and effective.

Rachel has been a certified personal trainer since 2005. She is also a Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and Internationally Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist.
