Girls Basketball (Ages 7 - 11) – Whether you’re new to basketball or an aspiring super star, this exciting 45-minute class is designed for you. Strengthen your skills while having fun. Learn important fundamentals like ball handling, zone defenses, passing drills, shooting technique, shot selection, and more!
Rookies Basketball (Age 4 – 5) – This program is designed to teach your child basic basketball skills through fun, age-appropriate games. Children learn a new sport in an enjoyable, nurturing environment.
Basketball (Age 6 – 7) – This program is designed to instruct participants in dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. Children perform basic drills that enhance their basketball skills as well as their overall ability.
Basketball (Age 7 - 9) – This program is designed to instruct participants in dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. Children perform advanced drills that enhance their basketball skills as well as their overall ability. This level could be used as a stepping stone to the Youth Basketball League.
