Instructors are amazing people in their way of teaching and also in their attitude. It’s just very energizing, making you feel comfortable.

The YMCA classes got me out of my postpartum depression and anxiety and I will forever be grateful! My kids are 4 and 6 now and we all love going to the YMCA. They love the child watch and summer camps. I love the strength, step and spin classes. Thank you, YMCA!

I love that this is a community place, and I'm happy to support it by continuing my membership even when I have had periods I couldn't attend.

The Dance for Parkinson's class has helped me with everything—from paying attention to the world in the sweet way that Laura brings to us, to physically having more coordination.

Since joining the YMCA, I feel like my life has changed. Every morning, I wake up looking forward to coming to the Y, meeting people, and I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity as a senior adult.

The welcoming and supportive atmosphere created by the HRYMCA staff members and instructors gave me the courage to try things I wouldn’t have otherwise considered. My experiences here have impacted more than just my physical health. I can honestly say, without exaggeration, that my entire outlook on life has changed.
