Skills, Hills and Drills  – Don’t let dark and frosty mornings slow you down!  Take your running inside, keeping things at you own pace with the companionship and support of a group!  Tuesday and/or Thursday morning at 7:00 am

 FREE – Family Fitness, Sunday at 1:00 pm

Our annual Maintain and Not Gain is back!  Keep that unwanted holiday weight off with the support of our Wellness staff!
