The Hampshire Regional YMCA is looking for instructors for our incredibly popular Water Aerobics programming! This vital offering at our Y serves a large population of people, keeping them healthy in mind, body, and spirit. The ideal candidate shares our values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, as well as bringing a background in teaching others.

Job Duties

• Leads aqua aerobics group classes that are fun, energizing, and safe
• Understands health needs of participants and adjusts approach accordingly
• Creates a safe environment where all individuals feel welcome and respected

Qualifications

• Knowledge of water aerobics teaching strategies & incorporation of music, tempo, and rhythm
• Choreography skills
• Teaching experience preferred

 Pay Rate: Starting at $24 per class
