Our Front Desk Staff are the front line of community change in our Y.
Job Duties
- Establish meaningful rapport and relationships with members
- Administrative tasks relating to selling & managing memberships, registering people for programs, and assisting members in signing up for classes & pool time
- Fielding member requests & questions both in the facility and over the phone
- Offering and guiding tours of the facility
- Handling cash & credit card payments
Qualifications
- MUST be available for some 5:15am weekday shifts
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with computers required
$15.91 – $17.50 per hour
