Our Front Desk Staff are the front line of community change in our Y.

Job Duties

• Establish meaningful rapport and relationships with members
• Administrative tasks relating to selling & managing memberships, registering people for programs, and assisting members in signing up for classes & pool time
• Fielding member requests & questions both in the facility and over the phone
• Offering and guiding tours of the facility
• Handling cash & credit card payments

Qualifications

• MUST be available for some 5:15am weekday shifts
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Experience with computers required

$15.91 – $17.50 per hour
