Job Duties

• Maintain safe, clean, and attractive YMCA facilities through means including vacuuming, sanitizing, sweeping, trash removal, glass cleaning, etc.
• Replenish supplies throughout the facility, including locker rooms and bathroom supplies
• Assist with setup of facilities for various events
• Keep facility managers up-to-date on status of facility and tools
• Respond to custodial emergencies as directed by supervisor or other department directors

Qualifications

• Weekday afternoon/evening and weekend morning availability required
• Hands-on experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred
• Capable and clear in both verbal and written communication
• Preventative maintenance and handyperson experience a plus
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and evaluate priorities is crucial

$15-16 per hour
