Aylin has developed programs for all levels of personal fitness and athletic abilities, helping clients successfully lose weight, improve balance, core strength, add muscle, prepare for competitive sports, maximize athletic performance, and to rehabilitate after an injury. Her personal mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of as many people as possible through support, encouragement and education. Her training style is energetic, educational and straight forward. Aylin wants her clients to do the right things to meet their fitness goals, understand why each exercise is performed, its function and benefits so they are able to execute a good workout by themselves without feeling frustration or failure.
Being a mother of three, she is passionate about training, helping, and supporting people with busy family and work lives. Aylin works to accommodate busy schedules and lifestyles; all while infusing clients with energy, positivity and a sense of physical purpose.
