Strong and Stable

Tucker Newman, NASM-CPT, will take you through a series of exercises and concepts that will allow you to create more functional core balance and stability, so you can do the things you love to do with less pain and more freedom.  This class is for all levels; beginners welcome!

  • Eliminate back pain
  • Improve posture
  • Improve overall strength

Class will be held in the Functional Training room Saturday 11:00-12:00pm, beginning September 25.
