Couch to 5k

If you’ve always wanted to run a road race but you’re not sure where to start, this program is for you! Training is easy: just three days a week, 30 minutes a day, for nine weeks, and you’ll be ready to run a 5k! Participants in this program will train in a small group, with support, guidance and a detailed running plan provided by a Y running coach.

Tuesday 8:30am and Friday 6:30am, begins September 21.  $125 member/$150 non-member.
