Strong can be from strength, cardio, balance, flexibility training, mindfulness, healthy eating, or all of the above. Work together to determine your fitness and wellness goals to build and adapt a program that is right for you. Dawn loves swimming and can design a program on land or in the water. She is a runner and enjoys encouraging people to move—whether walking, jogging, or marathon training.

Dawn eats a plant based diet, is a cancer survivor, and gets joy from giving and being inspired while working with people to realize their full potential.
