Eric is a certified professional trainer eager to use his creativity and diversity to help you achieve your goals.

If this is your first time in the gym Eric will make sure your experience is comfortable, and fun. He will make sure that you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and where it will take you. Making fitness a part of your everyday life can be challenging, however Eric helps you find strategies that will work for you and your busy schedule.
