Sunday Sample Class: Ground to Standing Exercises

Ground to standing exercises improve the strength and mobility needed as we age.  This class is for all fitness levels but not recommended for those with severe osteoporosis.  Most exercises require bending at the knees, some gentle twisting and kneeling.   FREE for Y members, no registration required.  Non-members can purchase a day pass to attend.  Rachel will lead the workshop, to be held in Studio 1.
