Our Sunday Sample class series features something a little different than what’s offered on our regular group exercise schedule, taught by one of our HRYMCA instructors.  All sample classes are geared toward a wide range of abilities, open to anyone willing to try something new and FREE to Y members.  No registrations required!  Non-members can pay a drop-in fee to attend.
