Hiking meets strength training in this total body fitness class that will help to increase balance, strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness.  Participants will meet at Mt. Tom, Fitzgerald Conservation or Saw Mill Hills depending on trail conditions.  The course will follow a progress-focused approach, increasing skills on a variety of terrain.  All levels are welcome.

The class will run for 6 weeks beginning on September 20, meeting on Mondays from 11:30am-1:00pm.   There will be an introduction meeting on September 13 at 6:00pm via zoom for anyone interested in learning more:
