  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • Certified NASM Nutrition Coach (CNC)

  • CPR/First Aid/AED Certified

  • Specializations: Corrective Exercise, lower back pain rehabilitation, weight management.

Availability to train Monday, Tuesdays ,Wednesdays, Thursday, and Fridays
