I would like to go on a journey with you, where we move safely and with confidence toward your fitness goals, whatever they may be. Together, we will prioritize proper form and technique to minimize the risk of injury during workouts, and to help you retain your balance, mobility, and flexibility in your daily life.
I want to help make it easier for you to play on the floor with your pets and grandkids, go on walks with friends and sit in front of a computer, reach for something on a higher shelf, or bend your knees while you work in the garden.
With 20 years of experience as a Spanish professor, I can help you do all that in English and Spanish. It may also be important for you to know that I identify as a proud member of Northampton’s LGBTQ+ community.
