Mobility + Flexibility + Strength = Health

 

Justin’s career as a personal trainer started in 2001. He has found that a well-rounded exercise program can improve not only physical health but mental, social, and emotional health.

 

If a person can learn to move correctly they will be able to strengthen muscles, increase mobility and flexibility and improve everyday living.  A well detailed exercise program can improve overall health and decrease the chance of injury.
