Meet Kyla! HIIT workouts and interval running are two of her favorite ways to intensify the workout. Kyla adds in exercises to work on stability and strength. Having the muscles doing the work but also allowing our minds to push past any blocks holding us back. A phrase that she follows and that has helped during her fitness journey is “Mind over matter”. Along with that, Kyla believes that everyone benefits from having a strong support system in their life. Her goal is to help clients reach their goal. Each session will be an opportunity to support you in reaching your highest potential in ways that are specialized towards you.

  • Bachelor of Science in Sport Management

  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

  • CPR/First Aid/AED

Availability to train Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings. As well as some Saturday and Sunday mornings.
