Nesser is a strong believer that the best results come from hard work. His background has been in the strength training field for over 15 years. Nesser has worked with clientele ages 16 to 70+ and accumulated his knowledge by reading books, attending seminars and using practical experience working with various bodybuilding and strength coaches, including Starting Strength. Through this he has learned all about strength, proper techniques and execution of compound movements and biomechanics.

Strength training can help you gain confidence, mental toughness and discipline, and it has been proven for it’s value of burning fat and gaining muscle mass. Nesser believes that the keys to success lie in precision, commitment, consistency and vision. With those elements you will achieve the ultimate gym confidence to live a happy, healthy and active life.
