Prescribe the Y is a structured, 6-week wellness program designed to help individuals safely increase physical activity, build healthy habits, and improve overall well-being using YMCA resources.
Through weekly group sessions led by YMCA wellness professionals, participants receive guidance, accountability, and education to create sustainable lifestyle changes. Our goal is not quick fixes — it’s long-term health.
