Rachel is a fitness enthusiast and a NASM certified personal trainer, and is eager to work with clients to design cardio and strength training programs that are realistic, sustainable, and FUN. Throughout all the busy stages of her life, Rachel has always managed to prioritize her own fitness practice – she is living proof that where there’s a will, there’s a way!

Rachel can help people navigate their busy schedules to find fitness practices that are realistic and work towards attaining individual goals…. while always remaining fun! Rachel is a runner and skier, and her personal goal in daily training is to provide the muscular and skeletal support she needs to enjoy those sports for the rest of her life.
