Align and Refine Yoga

In this slower-paced yoga class, students are gently warmed up with guided meditation and small simple movement, gradually leading to more strengthening poses. Standing poses, forward folds and gentle backbends are highlighted and held so that each student can find their own true alignment. This is a theme-based, heart opening practice that calms the mind and leaves the body feeling stretched, toned and energized.
