Barre Sculpt

This class is for all fitness levels.  No ballet experience necessary.  Get a total body workout that increases lean muscle mass and burns calories with a low-impact formula that protects joints.  Using the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to music, target and tone specific muscle groups to achieve improved strength and flexibility.
