A half yin, half yang practice that begins with movements to warm the body and relieve tension and stress. The class will then move into a series of yin postures. These poses are held without effort for several minutes at a time to open connective tissue throughout the body. Designed to deeply relax and nourish all the systems of the body, the yin practice also balances our “go-go-go” tendencies and brings us into alignment with our more interior, quiet and introspective nature.
