Yin Yoga

This is a very simple and quiet practice in which gentle postures are held for several minutes at a time to facilitate a deep stretch in the body.  This offers the time and space for quiet contemplation and observation to tune in and listen to what the body is telling us.  Yin Yoga is a very nourishing and calming practice and a great balance for more active forms of movement.
