Tucker believes that every person is capable of creating healthier, happier, more fulfilling lives in a sustainable way. His mission is to help people along their health journey and give them the tools to create a better functioning body that feels good, looks good, and will last a long time. His approach is tailored to the needs and goals of his clients. He designs programs focused on core stability, foundational strength, and FUNctional movements.

Tucker is a Northampton native and longtime Hampshire Regional YMCA member. He has been a lifelong athlete and was a 1st Team All-East Region football player at Union College. He found his passion for working in health and fitness after experiencing sports-related injuries and wants to help others overcome the same obstacles he faced. While he loves to work with athletes, everyone needs the same basic principles of training and exercise to create a body allowing them to do the activities they enjoy.
