Hampshire Regional YMCA

“I integrate techniques into sessions to balance the body and create a solid foundation that clients can work from to maximize their abilities.”

I have been a NASM-certified trainer since 2015. I entered the profession after practicing deep tissue, sports, and post-rehabilitative massage for 20 years. I was drawn to personal training because I wanted to be more involved in the process of preventing the injuries that I was often treating, and personal training has been a natural fit. I enjoy learning and teaching different techniques that help us move and work more efficiently and effectively. I also enjoy sharing preventative techniques that will keep us out of the doctor’s office. As a lifelong athlete, I enjoy running, cycling, strength training, and hiking with my wife and adorably sweet pitty. My training specialties include corrective exercise and strength training. I believe that physical health is integral to our emotional and spiritual health and that movement is part of our body’s natural design. I want to support you in achieving your goals, whether they are playing on the floor with your kids/grandkids, recovering from an injury or surgery, returning to fitness, or performing your sport injury-free.
